AshiR to Continue as the "Horca" Department Within PulseMeal
PulseMeal is pleased to announce the formal merger of AshiR into PulseMeal, creating a single unified startup operating under the PulseMeal name. Effective October 27, 2025, AshiR will continue its work and legacy as an integrated business unit within PulseMeal, to be known going forward as the HoReCa Department (AshiR / هورکا). This strategic combination brings together AshiR's industry-leading augmented reality and immersive dining technologies with PulseMeal's AI-driven nutrition, ordering, and restaurant automation platform.
This merger unites two complementary technology stacks and teams around a single mission: to transform the restaurant experience through intelligent automation, personalized nutrition, and immersive augmented reality. By bringing AshiR's AR content, marker/tracking expertise, and UX design capabilities into PulseMeal as the HoReCa Department, the combined company will be able to:

AshiR's AR products, tools, and pipelines will be maintained and evolved within the HoReCa Department.

Externally the company will present itself as PulseMeal. The HoReCa Department name will be used internally and in product contexts where AshiR's AR capabilities are specifically referenced.
