At PulseMeal, we are committed to providing high-quality AR/AI menu solutions for restaurants. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions, setup fees, and other charges. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
New customers receive 10 menu items free as part of our onboarding offer. During this period, you can test the platform without financial commitment. No payment information is required to access the free items. You only provide payment details when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
PulseMeal offers monthly subscription plans:
All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew on the same day each month. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Eligible new customers may receive a 14-day free trial on paid plans. During the trial period:
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at billing@pulsemealx.com.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial months or unused subscription time. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle:
Printed paper menus are custom-produced for each restaurant. Due to the personalized nature of this service:
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider, your account may be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may charge a €25 administration fee to reinstate your account. We strongly recommend contacting us directly before initiating a chargeback to resolve any billing concerns.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, due to the digital nature of our Service, your right of withdrawal expires immediately once we begin providing the Service with your consent. By subscribing and using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Service begins immediately and you waive the cooling-off period.
Any disputes regarding refunds shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia and resolved exclusively in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia. Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days.
