By accessing or using PulseMeal's website, AR/AI menu platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including restaurants, partners, and visitors.
PulseMeal provides a cloud-based platform that enables restaurants to create, manage, and display interactive AR (Augmented Reality) and AI-powered digital menus. Features include:
PulseMeal offers the following subscription plans:
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. The first 10 menu items are free for new customers on any paid plan.
Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. After three failed attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
As a restaurant using PulseMeal, you agree to:
All technology, software, designs, 3D models, and content created by PulseMeal (excluding customer-provided content) are the exclusive property of PulseMeal (Namira Group). You retain ownership of your menu content, but grant PulseMeal a license to display, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or replicate any part of the PulseMeal platform.
PulseMeal collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing. We are committed to protecting your data and comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseMeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages or device compatibility problems.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PulseMeal, its founders (including Typhon Namira), employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
